Yesterday, I received a trial date at the first PTPH, for a 4 handed 3 week case, and within the custody time limits.

The lawyers on here will understand why this is news.

The LAA reclassify an encrochat 100 kilo drugs case down to the lowest category for the reasons below.

I dont mind fighting hard for my clients, but fighting simply to get paid for work done is just so draining.

The reason I am trying to raise my kids as Jews is to pass on a 2,000-year-old tradition that teaches us "tikkun olam" or "healing the world". Jews are not better, or smarter, or more moral or less moral than others. But we have our ways. This is one worth keeping 17/
