Well, new FFTC operating Guidance is out 🫣 frustrating word soup around PVI ‘sustainability’ our competitors still have full control of our finances 🤷🏻‍♂️ there is zero commitment to uplift funding rates annually in line with inflation/cpi/RLW increases 🤷🏻‍♂️ therefore, unsustainable

@elc1140 Another farce! LA’s just shelf it & do what they want! Hearing today @EDCouncil just sailed the PVI up the river at Ed committee! The increase due Aug 23 just agreed. 2% whilst EDC & @RonaMackaySNP refuse to meet or answer an email from desperate providers! Shameful @ELCScotGov

We do not wish to drive anyone's wages down, we purely wish our funding rate to be sufficient enough to pay our staff what LA's pay, and provide, and reinvest in our businesses for our families and children.
