Are you running your Government with One Regular CM and 125 other PART-TIME MLAs ??? No,... isn't sir ?
Similiarly, these institutes were running with one principal & Part-Time faculties who were Recruited through a STATE WISE RECRUITED PROCESS LIKE UGC RECRUITED COLLEGES.

Likewise, the Case had been filed in 2019 ,but from 2017 to 2019, they are running those in institutions alone with only regular Principal and no other regular faculties. Even in some cases, PRINCIPAL is also not there. So what's the reply for that ??? Bathrooms are not there in your so-called institutes.

Even after filing those cases, YOU again took recruitment of PART-TIME FACULTIES IN 2019,2020,2021.

WHYYYY ?????

Because, your Institution won't get AICTE APPROVAL if you can't show faculties. Also ,you have to run these institutions to get VOTES in the election in 2021 & 2023.

And by showing these faculties ,you have taken the Approval from AICTE.

ISN'T IT FRAUD ??????

Means, you are doing this for your own benefit and when it comes as humanity's ground,you just simply say they are PART-TIME. They had court cases.

Sir, IF YOU CAN'T GIVE JUSTICE TO THOSE FACULTIES, WHO HAD DONE THE ELECTION DUTIES TO SELECT YOU AS EDUCATION MINISTER, KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR HARD WORK THROUGHOUT THEIR LAST 7-8 YEARS. You have no idea How these faculties raised the students to a better position.

Lastly, I have a request for honourable @himantabiswa sir as he was the education minister then , and he had assured us for a good will result for us in due time. Kindly do justice with us and if possible kindly secure our job up to 60 years which is a possible outcome for all of us.

And there are almost 451 people of Assistant Professor, Lecturer in Polytechnic and Engineering colleges who are in the same situation.

Kindly look into the matter very seriously sir. @himantabiswa
