@LGUK poor all round customer service to elderly and vulnerable family relating to a broken down fridge/freezer. Promises of call backs, no response from escalated queries, excuses. People are having to eat gone off food and LGUK extortion on repair costs……

@bikeinn terrible customer services. Ordered weeks ago. Had to drop one item as the other things were in stock. Was promised on Monday it’d be dispatched, but no update. Complete ignorance when trying to contact them.....you were quick to take the money though....

@British_Airways our flights and holiday, scheduled to depart on 17th May were formally canx by you on 16th April. Despite your confirmation, the same day on a phone call, that we would recieve our refund within 7-10 days, we still await our money !!
