i shouldn't try to restrict more during finals but i keep gaining weight even on my normal intake and i'm genuinely at a loss for how to start losing weight again. i feel so fat and gross and not even multi day fasts are working anymore

i only have like one good friend but sometimes i wish we weren't friends because i always eat at her house and i feel so shitty after bc i usually go to her place on the weekends when i'm supposed to be fasting
i got an arrangement sorted out with the hostel and paid for a collection service to mail the scale back to my dorm but i feel so stupid jesus fucking christ man
@atlasfaraway in reality no but i'd like to add that there's multiple types of laxatives! osmotic laxatives help keep things in your system moving cause they just move water to your digestive system and they don't mess up your bowels. i use the stuff in the second picture
i'm thinking of buying my own scale to take with me when i travel but i can't buy one off amazon cause i share an account with my mom 💔 i'm thinking of ordering one off ebay but if anyone has recs please lmk
