In yet another Orwellian move, the Government announced in a green paper this week that it wants to decide what news people can and cannot see, with plans to push approved outlets to the top of social media feeds.

Ministers should not be deciding which news sources the public read — especially in an era when three-quarters of under-25s say they get their news from social media.

As written in The Times, “In a state-sponsored ­regime in which inconvenient news was pushed out of view, would the grooming gangs scandal or the excesses of transgender ideology ever have come to light? You shouldn’t choose to trust ­everything you read online; but you shouldn’t trust the state to make the choice for you, either”.

This is dystopian.

Having arrived at the point where Panama narrows to its slimmest. He was led up to the top of a mountain by his Cimarron friends to a special tree. A very tall tree with footholds carved into it.
He climbed up to the top and onto a platform.

For from there he could look back and see the old Atlantic. Looking forward he saw something that no Englishman had seen before....He saw the Pacific.

In that moment on top of that tree Drake saw the world. And England saw the world with him.

During WW2 in Britain up to 1, 206 members of the Home Guard lost their lives. They were killed on duty or died of wounds or were killed in training.

557 were wounded in action and 5,600 were admitted to Hospital for service related injuries.

The main cause of deaths were enemy action ( bombing, strafing etc) accidents in the dark , killed while handling or disposal of explosives . Many were killed during the Blitz as they guarded or came across enemy Ordnance. Others were killed at shooting ranges and grenade practice during training.

Then there were accidents in the dark , car accidents, also being accidently shot by other Home Guard members.

438 of these deaths were because of enemy action and 768 died in accidents directly attributable to their service.

For obvious reasons this tragic dark side to the Home Guard was never shown in Dads Army, but it is right that we remember that throughout the war many men went out to do their bit in their local area, and never came home.

A 14 year old girl was viciously attacked in Dudley town centre last Saturday . She was yanked off a bench by her hair , punched , and stomped on repeatedly while others filmed the event and laughed.
Her attackers stole her phone , bag and shoes .
Even worse , when members of the public tried to help her the group squared up to them and blocked anyone from intervening .
The girl was left with black eyes , bruises , whiplash and concussion .
This happened in broad daylight in the middle of town.
We have to start letting our children know they aren't safe to be alone unfortunately anywhere anymore untill a proper government comes in to put a stop to this attack on white native British people , unbelievable to even say this ....Thoughts?
