Almost 1 month ago, I paid all charges requested by Jio for my @reliancejio JIOFiber relocation, completed KYC, activated a new plan, and cleared all dues.
Money collected immediately.
Service provided: ZERO.
Raise complaints? Ticket closed.
Send emails? No response.
Escalate to grievance? Feels like your complaint goes straight into a spam folder.
Approach @consaff? Endless waiting and paperwork while companies continue business as usual.
Consumers are no longer treated like customers. We are treated like numbers, wallets, and disposable tickets in a CRM system.
Weeks of follow-ups, false promises, "resolved today" messages, and zero accountability. Everyone is passing the issue to someone else while the customer keeps losing time, money, and peace of mind.
The system that was supposed to protect consumers now feels designed to protect corporations. Companies take payments in minutes but take months to take responsibility.
Customer service has become a script. Grievance departments have become forwarding machines. And consumers are left chasing their own money and basic service.
Users need accountability, not automated replies.

Yes, also they have been misleading me for over a month. What should have been a simple connection setup has still not been completed, even after more than one month.
I have raised more than 10 support tickets and sent 2 emails, but there has been no proper resolution. The worst part is that whenever I mention approaching the Consumer Forum, they seem to ignore the concern and continue delaying the process.
It feels as though they are acting like a broker, protecting the ass of large companies instead of helping customers and resolving genuine issues.
