Unfortunately the Elster-Saale-channel, linking Leipzig to the German inland waterway network is not yet finished, since the project was abandoned in 1943.

So we can't build a harbor at Congress.

Currently only 400MB/s are being used, but our 10GE uplink is not yet saturated. Can you help to use more bandwidth?
