Ever since I came across @mxjxn art I have been mesmerised by his abilities. It is not every day that you find an artists with such a broad range of skills, broader than Broadway as Barrington Levy would put it.

When I decided to use his Ethereal Realms as cover artworks for my music releases, I didn't suspect that what I saw was in fact just the tip of the iceberg.

Down the rabbit hole, I have been continuously looking to support him, be it by grabbing his own $CULT coin or chasing some of these incredible calligraphies he is known for.

Of all the @BasedGhouls he certainly is one of the most based, and so I took this thought to the pixel board today and drew this kraken after him.

A post inspired by this space held by @QuickswapDEX last week with great insights from @CryptoRocky @circle_crypto @perfectfalls @hardk_en @MoonFlower_98 and others that made a great impression in this kraken's mind 🐙💊

Having walked this land for almost 40 years, listening to greatest music and giving to the world some, practicing yoga for 15+ of which 10 have been dedicated to Bikram (hot) style and pranayama, I would like to share with you today something akin to a meditation.

It is a method, or rather, a sequence, a tip... just a little hint. It is about health, wellness, rooting to your core, dancing... and staying based ! @ghoulasana you'll like this am sure.

So it occurred to me at some point, during a music festival, that god gave us the capacity to breathe.

Simple : inhale / exhale... respiration.

God gave us legs also, and arms, so that we can move, touch... and dance !

This capacity to breathe and to dance is quite something : that makes us human right ? we like music.

Now, let's use this inspiration and put it to good use.

I like techno, we like techno, everyone loves a good drum and powerful sounds... deep bass.

So you play the sound of techno on the PA and it comes out as a pattern : predictable, intuitive.... the beat goes on, it moves you !

Notice that it progresses in a certain way, that it builds up to reach some sort of narrative, a recognisable flow, something you enjoy.

The rhythm follows some sort of scheme, something that you can count... a tempo :

You realise that you can start to synchronise with it, coming along is your moving : you are dancing. And also, you are breathing !

Now start matching you breathing along with your counting, and your dancing, consciously, in accordance to the music, like this :

Keep going...

You get the gist ?

it is v simple isn't it ?

This trick, to match the breathing to the music while dancing, allowed me to avoid and counter any kinds of bad trip, illness or dizziness at every parties, festivals or club nights in every countries I have been to since I discovered it. It helped me greatly. So I thought that could be useful in your journey too 💀

When asked about #AIart most anyone will namedrop @clairesilver or @m_blehaut as true pioneers here in Paris and that's right for they are real valkyries in this field.

Yet our brother @XWAVEart deserves way more recognition and praise cause he has been tinkering his own generative models for years now and developed a mastery that's truly his own.

I am super proud of the clip we realised together for my track "Calamar", which was showcased last year at @filefestival, as much as I am grateful for the numerous clips he generated for me to include into @void_sessions VJ sets.

Today I had the pleasure to mint him his very own honorary, Old One #316, which is modelled after his @BasedGhouls PFP.

As a French man, I can’t deny that I fall into every F cliché : I like baguette, I am addicted to caffeine and to nicotine because ofc I smoke 🤦‍♂️

It is what it is, with no 100% tried & tested cure. That’s why when I came across @puffpaw, I was like « hey, that’s pretty neat » !

With no exposure to @berachain, the project stood out to me as a good way to hop in while potentially remedying to my craving for cigarettes.

So I bought the genesis #Puffpaw pass and received a box with the e-cig and various flavours, then had to wait a couple of weeks for the app to come online, then upgraded the device to stumble upon a pod that wouldn’t connect 😭

Now, I can testify that the team is very committed to make this work. When I showed up in the discord to signal the problem it was swiftly resolved with six of them (!) pods being shipped over.

Been puffing ever since and haven't burned a cig for a few weeks now. Feels good, tastes fine, can recommend 💯
