Oxfam uttetly condemns in the strongest terms the killing in Gaza today of 4 water engineers working with our partner on their way to repair water infrastructure.

They had coordinated their movements with Israeli authorities and were traveling in a marked vehicle.

Attacks on aid workers, attacks on civilian infrastructure and those who maintain access it, are clear violations of international law. Such attacks are part of the crime of using starvation as a weapon of war.
