A giant purple prosthetic penis was displayed in a public library, near children by an LGBT group.
Councillor raised the obvious safeguarding concern.
So naturally the council decided that he was the problem and ordered him to apologise and undergo training.
๐ฌ๐ง degenerate Britain having a normal one.
Miller v @LincsPolice
Today, I will be speaking about vexatious litigants at the House of Lordsโฆ and Iโll be naming one name in particular. Chatham House Rules, baby. Chatham House Rules.
@MPMacLachlan@davecorviddave Apparently reporting what was said in open court is "potentially sailing close to the wind with contempt." ๐
Translation: not at all illegal.
Under cross examination Hayden denied that he had "battered anyone around the head with a golf club".
Counsel read the judgement and showed as an exhibit, the wording stating that the victim was bleeding profusely from a wound in the head.
The great news is that it was the smokey palette which never really worked and made me look like a panda ๐ผ
And the eyelash curlers were 90p in Primark. There was also a sample bottle of fragrance out of a beauty advent calendar.
Loss doesn't sting as much now.
And now I've left my Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow (confiscated by security because it had a mirror) in Stratford mags, along with a pair of eyelash curlers! ๐ฑ
@WillyWoofter@KatarinaHill2@glynbmil He once "joked" about the body of a dead woman found a few miles away from me.
Not sure what was quite so amusing about it. ๐ณ
One thing that's always difficult is listening to someone tell the court a bunch of things about oneself that are patently not true and being unable to correct the record.
I managed to sit politely, didn't use expletives or disrupt the public gallery.
I am of good character, and in addition to damages already paid , Surrey police have just today offered an additional 5 figures in respect of my legal fees. This comes on top of the legal fees they already paid in respect of the SPO they were forced to abandon.
@Glinner You got quite a few honorary mentions today.
I was at the point of wanting to take a shot every time various names popped up and were blamed for some egregious piece of conduct or other.
Seriously folks. I just opened my email to receive an offer from Surrey Police to my lawyers reimbursing 75% of the costs incurred in suing them.
Very timely.
Other things from R v Heath.
Defence pointed to police admission that nothing on Matthew's devices linked to DWPs information, Experion credit report or Kiwifarms.
Police also said they had not investigated complainant's social media feed or addressed defence submissions.
It was also pointed out in R v Heath that the complainant had been banned from @MumsnetTowers posting about me over 100 times in 48 hours in 2019.
He replied that I had been abusing him on there and I wasn't banned. Reader I had not.
He had been posting on a thread to support me in respect of the extreme harassment I had been receiving in the form of pizzas etc.
He also said that he had sued Mumsnet. Again. Nothing to do with me.
