@bt_uk not a great experience with BT. You’ve hiked prices for existing customers in March, but new customers pay the old rate plus a half price deal. How is that fair? @Ofcom when will you protect consumers from these terrible pricing practices?
@bt_uk@Ofcom Outcome: ‘value team’ will not give a new business price and reiterate a legalistic / contract view. Pointless. So, I know now BT don’t offer existing customers as good a price as new.
@Tesco I’ll be shopping elsewhere given your petrol price Policy. You’re more expensive than the oil companies! Do the right thing and pass on the saving in wholesale like some already are. Until then I’ll be shopping at your competitors.
@BrandAlleyUK first time customer, not very happy, bought something the wrong size and immediately contacted you. It was still sent out. I’ve returned it using your RM return label & it’s gone missing. Generic response from customer services. Won’t use again, no refund in sight.

@talktoBOI Yes Jen, the complaints dept & CS, nothing happened, they refuse to help and said the SVR is the only way after asking senior mgt. This seems a shocking thought through conclusion to your customers who need flexibility in this national emergency. I am stuck.
@talktoBOI I can see you advertise that you are helping during this crisis, but BOI CS & Complaints have refused. You're prepared to let me get stuck on a SVR, knowing many of your customers have similar issues. Gov't advice is you should be helpful and flexible not profit out if this.

@BankofIrelandUK shameful behaviour by the bank. Asked for 4 weeks leniency to keep my fixed rate as I am about to revert to an SVR and cannot move mortgage as the country is locked down. Bank say tough, zero flexibility. Profiteering is not the gov't asked you to do!
@xboxuk very poor service today re my request for a refund. I will buy a PS4. I responded to your close request with a response which you just closed without a proper and personal response. Amount at stake is small but it's the principle.
@bt_uk Me: I give notice after 12mths. BT via phone: will £26.99pm for 12 mths keep you? Me: yes. Me (Nov): my bill is more than £26.99? BT: prices went up. Me: we didnt agree that BT: we sent T&C's after you agreed to stay!!! Me: irrelevant, can I leave? BT only if you pay.
@bt_uk This will have to go to OFCOM, I will request a copy of the phone conversation and pass it to them. Given investigation was not performed and that call not listened to that probably breaches complaint handling rules which make sure complaints are investigated properly.
@bt_uk Dean, you've stated that you can't help because complaints have issued a letter of deadlock without investigating the phone sale. This is a farce. Everyone needs to be aware that if you agree something on the phone with BT and they change their mind they won't even investigate.
