At just 18 years of age, Anushka has scripted history by winning Gold Medals at the State, National and World Yogasana Championships, including a historic Gold at the 1st World Yogasana Sports Championship 2026 in Ahmedabad.

Her journey reflects extraordinary dedication, discipline and perseverance. From excelling in gymnastics to becoming a world champion in Yoga, she stands as an inspiration for young athletes across India.

Major Gill’s exceptional courage, leadership and dedication to duty exemplify the finest traditions of the Indian Army. His role in the successful 84-hour operation along the Indo-Myanmar border and his inspiring appeal to Punjab’s youth to join the Armed Forces make him a true role model.
