@isyourhouse If I said: "Give me £216 per year to sit on a seat and after 4 years you wouldn't have anthing to sit on!" I really don't think many people would sign up for that deal. 2 members of staff at the Gateshead store agree..sadly your customer service department do not.
@Wowcher_Support I purchased a hammock through Wowcher from Vivo Mounts. See images for details. The hammock is faulty and not the same as advertised. Vivo Mounts refused to reply. No reply ftom Wowcher via WhatsApp. Help please.

@BekoUK Waited all day for the Beko engineer to arrive, with a no show and zero contact. Can I charge Beko for a days wages? See your own terms and conditions in attached image!
@ElecSafetyFirst Morning. Can you give me some advice on this faulty Beko oven? @BekoUK I'm not an expert but I'm sure it isn't supposed to ignite/start a fire to my kitchen unit.
