@Headspace is charging my account for a year’s subscription without my consent. They are not willing to refund my account, even though this happened today and I contacted them right away. Shame on their customer services and policies. “Meditation and well-being”. Right.

You would not expect that a company such as @Headspace would do this type of thing to its cliente, preaching peace and love. Unthinkable customer service.

@Headspace is renewing my subscription without consent or pre-approval. If you have a current subscription, ensure you contact them before they take your money. I asked for a refund today, on the same day they charged my account, and they are not refunding. Shame on this company.
