Allahu. Aku tak dapat bayangkan macam mana kalau satu hari aku bangun, isteri aku dah tak kenal aku langsung.
Semoga isteri abang cepat sembuh bang seperti biasa bang. Aamiin aamiin aamiin.
Psychological trauma from a childhood of narcissistic abuse can lead to a wide range of symptoms that mimic other psychiatric or neurodevelopmental conditions, often resulting in misdiagnosis.
Because narcissistic abuse tends to involve gaslighting, emotional invalidation, role-reversal (parentification), and chronic fear or instability, it can deeply shape a child's developing identity, emotional regulation, and perception of reality.
Many survivors of narcissistic abuse walk into a therapist's office with a list of diagnoses that miss the mark because the trauma root was never uncovered. What often lies beneath all of this is Complex PTSD, attachment trauma, and deep-seated survival adaptations.
Here are common conditions that trauma survivors may be misdiagnosed with:

No one tells you how hard it is to rewire your brain to allow amazing things to happen after experiencing trauma or pain. Blessings exist, good people exist, and a soft life exists. Let it happen.
When I use the term trauma, I don’t mean victimhood.
I mean biology. I mean your nervous system doing everything it could to protect you.
I mean patterns that can be understood—and changed.
In 2018, I put my everything into an album called Seasons Change -- an album that ended up changing everything for me. I'm excited to announce a new version of the project featuring all the same songs plus 4 acoustic tracks, new cover, & never-before-seen photos.
A person’s character shows in three moments: How they handle stress, how they handle success, and how they treat you when they don’t need you. Pay attention––and adjust your circle accordingly.
If someone is stuck seeing you as the old you, no matter what you do or say, let them. Their inability to recognize your growth isn’t your burden. You’ve healed, evolved & moved forward—don’t let anyone pull you back to a version you’ve outgrown, no matter how much you love them.
There’s aware avoidants & then there’s the ones so deep in avoidance, they’re avoiding even that. They’ve avoided for so long it’s no longer just a pattern, it’s their personality.
@quesadaaa_@_6signxxx Another side of this is, people need to realize no one is "obligated" to work things out with you. If you disrespect someone or cross their boundaries, it's their choice how they respond regardless of how you feel about it.
I stay away from people who avoid self reflection & accountability. If you can't keep it real with yourself, ain't no way you can keep it real with me.
If you want to see the depth of someone’s emotional intelligence, confront them on something they did. Gently, with love. Not from a place of blame, but from a desire to be understood and met. Then watch what they do. How they respond will tell you everything.
