MY husband always took care of that. I took car of the vehicles taxes He died i learned.

This has happened before. My late husband and I bought a property on .72 acres. Our realtor had the original deed. At closing it was down to .52 acres.
Guess which political party was involved. In both instances. Not a joke!

My neighbor decided to take over part of my property.
When I bought my land. It was a perfect square/oblong.
Unbeknownst to me? I paid for a survey.
My neighbor "told" the survey person where his boundary was. Cut into part of my property.
I told him, that's my land.
COUPLE OF YEARS PAST.
I got a thing from the county, saying I hadn't paid taxes on my property for 3 years.
I went up there to straighten it out.
I owned 2 lots.
I asked why I am just now receiving this noticed.
They said apparently the lots were combined together.

I have been paying my property taxes each year. So, I thought my taxes. It was for My personal taxes I never received a bill for 3 years. My
Property taxes. I did get it paid up. A day later, I got a call about my neighbor now said my electric pole is 2 feet on his property. I told the electic company. NO IT'S NOT. THEY can tell Mr. SOSO TO call me. I told the tax office, I didn't receive any statement. That means they didn't send out any. Or some one got it out of my mail box. That's a Federal thing.

I asked for a State and Federal investigation. I would point them in the direction I know for a fact whose involved.
