@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere Conclusion on the issue, online channels are fast to answer publicly but slower than the good ol’ phone. Got so upset by the incompetence that I finally got a call back from a “manager” that miraculously found the missing order only to tell me it got canceled. Result, 1/2

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I hate to bring issues publicly. It’s shameful to have to resort to @Twitter in order to have to resolve issues for a company claiming to a “world class customer service” and can’t even find records of orders or phone calls #incompetence
