Cardano PRIME is not just about throwing incentives at DeFi and hoping liquidity stays.

The process matters:

1. Audit the current ecosystem
2. Identify the real gaps
3. Deploy capital where it can stick

That is a much healthier approach than short-term liquidity mining.

If done well, this could help Cardano DeFi mature with better infrastructure, clearer priorities, and more responsible capital deployment.

Approving PRIME doesn't mean every authorized $ADA gets spent.

In fact, the proposal includes multiple safeguards to keep unused capital from being spent or return it to the @Cardano Treasury.

The governance action for the NCL increase could not state the purpose for Cardano construction reasons.

We put up the NCL to make room for the @alphagrowth1 proposal and a small bit of room for others.
- We must get serious about Cardano's DeFi, its growth directly benefits ADA holders (our north star).
- We must draw in outside capital or the ecosystem and the network will not thrive.
- We want SPO operations to become sustainable and DeFi protocols to thrive.
- We want ADA holders to actually use our chain, which right now limited usable applications without sufficient liquidity.
Ultimately, we believe that this brings more users, transactions, applications, and TVL which make ADA to a more valuable asset.
