Ronovas crash out at the end of Genshin 7.1 is totally understandable

Born into a thankless job, work tirelessly at it. Probably not even getting paid nor had a holiday. One time she goes out of her way to help Natlan her boss HP reprimands her, so she falls into self pity

Then she has to clean up the mess in Khaenriah with curse of immortality to preserve the leylines. Her boss ends up having a really long sleep. She's then restricted by the rules in place that even her co workers hate. To the point they feel like shackles.

Centuries later Snezhnaya are going down the same path as Khaenriah. So to stop a repeat you take preventative action before it gets too bad. Humans hate you for it.

Then a descender gets involved, so more work for Ronova. Funnily enough they are the only one to mention her lack of freedom, how Ronova is shackled by her job. But they use it as a taunt so it pisses her off.

Then she loses her authority because her attempts to prevent disaster count as a rule break. Her company essentially fired her while her boss is still asleep. Then the humans and descender put her in a state close to death.

So yea, at that point her breaking the celestial nail is a giant F U to both HP and the mortals who almost killed her.

Ronovas entire life is a tragic one so far

finished the aq i am more convinced than ever that melanta and the temple of space was a prolouge to ronova and her blind devotion to the heavenly principles. what an amazingly written sequence of quests and a tragic character, i love her dearly
