@British_Airways how am I supposed to contact you when every single channel (phone and chat) cut you off or is a non helpful automated response??? I’ve even tried Twitter and nothing. I chose BA holidays over TUI and am now regretting it. It might be easier for me to cancel tbh.

This is an emergency- our property nearly flooded at 4am due to a burst water main. We have been out 4 hours and have not been given bottled water and fix team not here. Help.
