🚨 Last call for Dizzie, now under kill command. Found w/ a chain around her neck & a bungee cord attached to it, tied to a pole. Arrived fearful but has since warmed up w/ staff & is now all cuddles & kisses. Social, adoptable, wiggly, affectionate, asks for attn & comfort, treat-motivated, cute & healthy. She has been on walks & is neutral passing strangers & dogs.

This was Sugar Peas 🫛 He was a 5️⃣ yr old boy who was found tied to a stairwell…taken to the ACC of NYC where he had episodes of unexpected collapsing…they did tests…they did surgery to remove a foreign object and then they killed him…..These cold 🥶 hearted monsters killed him😭💔
