@rachaelvenables @LBC My friend had a fire in his flats and it had a huge impact. Smoke & fire damage means ppl will not have safe access for weeks and maybe months. Living in a hotel, IF they have decent home insurance. Smoke damage to everything you own inside. At least 20 flats affected. V bad.
