Taiwan scenes. 1977-1996. Early travels and later on assignment.
1. Kaohsiung, watermelon vendor. 1996.
2. Kaohsiung, draped car. 1996. All of us who have ever photographed a car covered like this are in debt, whether we know it or not, to Robert Frank’s “Covered Car, Long Beach, California, 1956”.
3. End of the runway, Songshan Airport, Taipei. 1996. I was in Taiwan to photograph the country’s first democratically-held elections and wandered around looking at everything.
4. Taipei, January, 1977.

@sorrisopng Wish you the best homie. In my experience it's better to do art for yourself bc in the long run you end up feeling like your art isn't enough, just because it is not making money, and let me tell you, your art is freaking awesome dude.
Lots of love from Argentina.
Rarity…these images from my Sky Scraper Collection are the rarest images in all of my archives. In fact, I am (to my knowledge) the only person ever to capture NYC from these heights from an open door helicopter. Links below ⤵️
