@TurkishAirlines I have been waiting 10 days for a reply regarding my feedback for compensation on a flight that was cancelled from Amsterdam to Istanbul.
@HiltonHonors I tried as a diamond club member to book a room, the mobile app froze and then when it open again the price had doubled along with the points needed? Not savvy at all

Customer service not great. I paid for a shipment that was cancelled, still have not recieved a refund.
