@FrigidaireCA owned a fridge for a year. Ice maker broken for 1/2 of that time. Two different techs out a total of seven times. When is it enough?! I have to take time off work every time they come to fix it. Wrecked my floor and baseboards twice by flooding. FIX MY FRIDGE-grrr

@FrigidaireCA @FrigidaireCA Still not resolved. Many unreturned emails. Got an email at the beginning of Dec. saying three to five business days. Six weeks later and many sent emails and still no response. #dontbuyafrigidaire #terriblecustomerservice

@FrigidaireCA If you can believe it this is STILL not resolved. So frustrating. Had this fridge for less than a year and a half and almost a year of that time with no ice maker. Wasted half of my vacation days with techs trying to fix it. Now wasting more time trying to get a resolution.
