An economy like ours needs people who build and produce real things. We need men and women farming at scale, working in industries, constructing roads, buildings and cities, digging mines, manufacturing products and creating wealth. It’s shocking to see that when young people dream of work they dream of getting an office job so they can become a “corporate hun” or “corporate baddie” and post about it on social media. An economy cannot grow on titles, emails and status updates. It grows when people produce, manufacture, build and innovate. We need more people getting their hands dirty creating value and fewer people obsessed with looking important while contributing little to the productive side of the economy!
