We wanted to do a garage door for @JaneyGodley who passed away yesterday. Like Janey, we used our creative skills to help improve our community's mental health during the pandemic. Janey shared our story with her many followers and for that we are truly thankful. Farewell Janey
Despite millions of people in Scotland engaging with the arts every year, arts access is critically at risk.
Many organisations face imminent collapse.
It's time to address the state of the arts in Scotland. https://t.co/p7dIaoMWm8

Today @creativescots has announced being forced to delay crucial decisions on £81.2M of applications from 281 arts orgs by three months due to lack of "budget clarity."
This latest blow for arts access will push many orgs into a more critical position.

Getting excited for #StirlingPride even my kids are getting involved. Have to say it is the first time I have had a drag queen drawing on my garage door. #communityart#garageart
@autismprovision @EdScotLfS@LfSScotland@StModansHS Not that I am not hinting in any way (but really am) BUT a fairy garden would be amazing at the farm...just saying...
Came home to find this on our doorstep. To some it is just chalk doodles that we do on our garage door but it seems to make our community feel happy. #garageart#communityart#KindnessMatters
Thank you @JaneyGodley for sharing the love. I am a #CommunityArtist based at @stirreusehub where I work for different charities, mostly vulnerable groups helping them to gain some joy through art/craft/laughter. Life is too short to be dull and boring. #janeygodleysharemyart
“Chris is a wonderful person to work with - she is very welcoming and supportive to all. A joy to work with.”
- some lovely #Feedback given from a recent hospital project.
Thanks again to all the charities that let me come in and spread some creative cheer.
