@ESPNFANSUPPORT since October of 2024 I have incurred this same problem. When I go to the ESPN app Settings and Choose TV Provider YouTubeTV it logs me in automatically as a DirecTV subscriber which I'm not. I've uninstalled and reinstalled your app and problem still unresolved

@TeamYouTube I have restored my YouTubeTV service. Thanks again for being so proactive in addressing this issue. I appreciate your efforts to resolve my problem so promptly.been a subscriber since switching from DirecTV in September and am very happy with YouTube TV service.

@YouTubeTV I am a YouTube TV subscriber and I can not sign in to my active account. When I go to account sign tab and attempt to use my YouTubeTV password I get a series of prompts as if I am a new subscriber. My other television in my home is airing YouTube TV as usual. Ugh

@ESPNFANSUPPORT I have for the past week deleted and reinstalled the ESPN app without any success in changing my Provider Account Information (no problem with my Disney+ account email address and password) I log out of my DirecTV account, but when I select YouTubeTV it reverts back to DirecTV

@ESPNFANSUPPORT When I go to Account Settings, and try to Login with my new Provider Account information, it directs me to my old account when I have already Logged Out. Not a big deal but not sure why this is happening. All is fine with my ESPN+ channels access. Thanks!

@ESPNFANSUPPORT I'm using an Amazon Firestick. My first attempt started out smoothly (Selecting YouTube TV providing password and receiving a message from Google security to click Yes on a prompt but then the process abruptly ends with a screen message about a gaming controller). Thank you!
