@northernassist what time is the rail replacement bus due at Wigton towards Carlisle please- looking likely that I’m going to now miss my connection with @AvantiWestCoast and likely the show that I’m travelling to see with my family!
@AvantiWestCoast@northernassist I’m not looking to travel with northern now, I ran to the local bus in Wigton and missed my connection and reserved seat by about 1 minute could see the train but had too far to go sadly but @Avanti have said I can get the next one

@AnnieBtransport@jamhanlee And the fact that the official lift at Waterloo is also out of action and has been for a long time meaning having to use the service lift and needing to be accompanied around!

@AvantiWestCoast@Tessadunlop Why are your passengers being left at Watford Junction ? My son is stranded and as a student doesn’t have the funds readily available to pay for his own onwards taxi (as suggested by staff mockingly at the station) @BTP
