@PistL_Pete If it weren’t for offside, players wouldn’t get in behind anywhere near as much because defences would sit deeper and the game becomes much more boring
@mrdanwalker She asked pointless questions so he gave pointless answers. People watching at home don’t care about these interviews. Get rid of them and nobody would be upset about it
@PeteFiutak Offsides make the game better and create more attacking opportunities because defence doesn’t sit as deep.
Timing a run to stay onside is a skill in itself
@WinfordBradRuth This is the first one of all the American stadium pics posted over the last week that looks incredible. Yankee stadium, Fenway park etc look so much better than SoFi, snapdragon, MetLife etc
@Born_a_kopite@Somedigits@theawayfans They should have played together. Scholes would have raised Gerrards game even further, in a similar way that Alonso did. The 2 aren’t comparable players. Gerrard was closer to Rooney in style than he was Scholes. Used correctly, they would have been a great partnership
@bigfatsquirrel9@JeromeDavies1 It should be difficult, otherwise landlords will take advantage of good tenants when they smell a chance to make more money. But they should still be able to evict when they can demonstrate a genuinely bad one
@goodbadftblpod He made them both look like twats with his performance and his record against haarland shows they don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Legends as players but both absolute failures in every football role they’ve had since retiring. Same with Neville and Keane
