The Kremlin has announced its demands for ending the war in Ukraine:
-Ukraine must change its constitution to guarantee it won't join any "blocs", i.e. NATO + EU.
-Must recognise Crimea as part of Russia.
-Must recognise the eastern separatist regions as independent.

Note how it's gone from "sanctions don't concern us, bring them on" before the invasion to "let's normalise relations" (AKA drop sanctions) now.

It's a clear sign the economic pressure is really working.

We did not know until that moment it was her actual building that had been hit.
