@SouthwestAir That's why I Luv Southwest. The feedback. Im an Alist preferred, companion pass member who flies swa almost weekly. Disappointed to see less live channels, but appreciate other SWA offerings. Looking forward to assigned seating. Keep it up, but add more live TV options!

Thanks a lot @SouthwestAir delayed an hour on the tarmac to replace a seat cushion, yes a seat cushion...that gave me 5 Min to go through 2 terminals in MDW and board last for a middle seat with my A 17 boarding pass.

@SouthwestAir 1st delayed my direct flight 3 hours, the you XL it, now rebooked one leaves 3 add'tl hrs later, 2stops,2hr layover. If I knew all this earlier, could have gone hm and back instead of being stuck at airport 6 hrs with no remedy. Be better SWA. (Alist Pref Mmbr)
