God never denies reality but our reality can’t hinder what He can do. He takes what we have to offer, multiples it, and uses it for His purposes & glory. Little in the hands of God is great!
(Mt. 15:32-39)
We often place the greatest value on what we think we need the most. Yet, we frequently prioritize things over what we truly need the most - Jesus.
When we seek Him wholeheartedly and live for Him, He will provide all we truly need. (Matthew 6:33)
God is always faithful, but if we’re not careful, we will miss what He’s doing in the moment. A lack of perception doesn’t negate what He’s up to. Don’t be so focused on what you want Him to do for you that you miss what He’s trying to do in you. (Exodus 16:3)
God knows what we don’t know and sees what we can’t see. He goes before us and makes provision. He will never lead where He won’t provide. What may appear to be a setback may be an opportunity for God to display His power. (Exodus 13:17)
God often calls His people to step up and do things they don’t know how to do or don’t feel equipped to do. His expectation isn’t that we have it all figured out but to trust Him and obey. When we step out or step up, He will provide. ( Exodus 10:26)
Discouragement can cultivate a sense of hopelessness but the circumstance never determines God’s faithfulness or ability. Whatever the issue may be, He is more than able to overcome it. If He says He will, there’s no need to doubt His word. Instead, trust Him. (Exodus 6:9)
God cares more about our willingness & availability than our ability. If we’re willing to be obedient & available to be used for His glory, He will enable us to do what He wants to use us to do. If we’re open to be used for His purposes, He will be w/us! (Exodus 3:11-12)
God is never unaware. He knows every situation, He’s aware of every struggle, and He hears every prayer. It may be hard to see what He’s doing in the moment but He’s always at work, and He will act at the right moment. Time spent waiting is never a waist of time. (Exodus 1:23-25)
The situation we find ourselves in may not be expected but what we can expect to experience amid our situation is God’s presence. He is faithful & good! Nothing is too great for Him to overcome. (Genesis 39:2, 21)
Joseph experienced a lot of hurt and uncertainty but God was w/him. In the moment, it may be difficult to see how God is working behind the scenes but one day, although the process isn’t easy, it will all make sense as His plan unfolds. (Genesis 37:18-36)
When discouragement, doubt, or uncertainty comes, press forward and trust that God will be faithful. Trust God’s word and promises over the whisper of the enemy’s lies. (Genesis 32:9)
Setting aside uncertainty & fear, Jacob did as God instructed & trusted He would be w/him. He hadn’t realized the past 20 yrs. were preparation for this moment. (Gen. 31:3)
God never wastes time or opportunities He provides. They are part of the process of preparation.
God desires our obedience, even if it doesn’t seem clear or make sense.
He looks beyond the present, knows what He has in store, & leads His people down that path. His heart always has our best interest in mind. Our responsibility is to listen to Him & follow. (Gen. 26:2-3)
It’s unwise to base decisions on short-term satisfaction without considering their long-term impact. Use wisdom & discernment to look beyond the present moment so you can see how your decision may impact your life. (Gen. 25:27-34)
Abraham learned God had already made provision & He is faithful from his experience of walking with Him one step at a time. (Gen. 24:7)
God is still faithful & has already made provision for His plan to be fulfilled . Trust & follow one step at a time.
God ‘s promises always come to fruition, but rarely on our time frame. He’s never late or early, but always right on time. The process is preparation for the fulfillmemt. He is faithful! (Gen. 21:1-3)
God’s power and control isn’t limited by our sight, knowledge, or control. He knows exactly what He’s doing and has it fully under control. Rather than focusing on what the situation may seem to dictate, focus on the faithfulness of God. (Gen. 20:6)
When God prompts or gives a directive, He wants us to act immediately w/out hesitation. There’s no reason to hesitate because He’s already made preparations and provision. Listen for His voice, trust His heart, and obey. (Genesis 19:16)
Sometimes, our problems seem too big because our view of God is too small. We may not understand how He will accomplish His plan but we should never underestimate His ability to do so. He sees what we can’t, knows what we don’t, and wants us to simply trust Him. (Gen. 18:14)
We often doubt God’s ability to fulfill His promises when we can’t see the timing or how He will bring them to pass. Doubts arise because we focus on our limited perspective rather than His. He specializes in making the “impossible” possible! Trust & don’t give up. (Gen. 17:17)
