Total late fees collected upto January 2019

CGST & IGST - 1835 +366 = 2201
SGST - 358 + 1828 (will be same as CGST )
Total = 4387 crores

should decide on it today due to following

1) Change in ITRs & schema
2) Extension of July ITR due date by a month
3) Various glithces in GST Annual return & Audit which caused time waste in August
4) Floods

TAX AUDIT EXTENSION 2018~ Rajasthan HC - The order is there to reconsider & issue a speaking order to be issued by CBDT by 10th 0ctober 2018 for further extension of date for 15 days and 234 interest .Further details awaited & shall be share soon. Congrats to Team Jaipur CAs
