@AerLingus You missed the point. BA are refusing to refund - they say the flight was not cancelled when all the screens in Heathrow said it was. So either it was actually cancelled or Aer Lingus incorrectly told passengers it was. Please confirm EI937 on 10.09.22 was cancelled??
