4 months of slow replies and the WORST customer service I've ever had for @gamestop to keep telling me they won't refund or send my missing items. I just want my two items or my money back. Apparently @gamestop needs the 35 dollars more than I do.
@GameStopHelp why is it impossible for your staff to understand missing items? I'm tired of being dismissed and frankly ripped off because of your company's incompetence. I just want my two missing items or a refund. Tired of dismissive emails and long wait for a phone call
