To anyone feeling like fitness is out of reach for them right now — maybe money’s tight or you feel too unfit, and a gym, a personal trainer, or even my app feels like a luxury you just can’t afford — I want you to know something.
You still deserve to feel good. You still deserve to get fitter, stronger, and feel proud of yourself. And you don’t have to spend a penny to get started.
My YouTube channel is there for you and it has over 600 free workouts — for total beginners, for kids, for seniors, for anyone. No gym, no fancy gear, no big space needed or hours of your time.
I made a promise to never stop sharing free workouts, because I believe in this with all my heart: fitness should be free and accessible to everyone.
Please don’t wait for the perfect condition. Just start. I’ll be with you every step of the way 🙌

If your loved one is coming home from hospital, please collect them as soon as they are discharged. This frees up hospital transport and beds for those that need them most.
