Later, @airindia sent me the below message
Based on the same I have booked my new ticket. Now the AI is saying that the flight was rescheduled and not cancelled. So why the cancellation email sent?

@FederalBankLtd paid my credit card bill via UTR number IDFB614085140210 on 20th May via NEFT.
Still the credit is pending.
