@Pradeep02402567 @CAamanmittal @ICAI To some extent it is happening. The rule is you have to communicate with the previous auditor. If his fees not paid, you cannot do the audit.
If the earlier auditor raises any technical deficiencies that should be ideally checked thoroughly.

Rotten apples you will find in every profession including doctors, carefully observe what some doctors do for testing or with MR

These type of comments are done by some frustrated people. Reason may be many like
1. This person tried to become a CA and failed
2. This person sought the help of CA for money laundering but The CA refused to get involved in it. In last 3 years, I faced two such situations.

@PratibhaGoyal Boss when you study CA, you know the exam dates. Be ready for your exam on time and not pushing to defer the exam. Don't forget that election date is from 26th April to June 1. From 2nd June CS Exam will be there. A fair thing done. ICAI has not preponed exam.

@CAamanmittal @cbic_india Firstly, I don't understand why message is sent to CA for non filing of GSTR by assessee. CA only facilitates filing. But GSTR 3B cannot be filed without Tax Payment and GSTR1 next but one month. If client cannot arrange money, he cannot file.

Second, collection is not that easy

@FinMinIndia DPT3 could not be filled upto 31st July due to problem in MCA site. Now it can be filed but taking considerable late fee. Please waive the late fee as it is not assessee's fault. Regards
