@Jiobpofficial I visited your petrol bunk at Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, and noticed that cashless payment options such as UPI / RuPay debit card are not being offered to customers. This is not an isolated instance but a recurring issue observed on multiple visits.
Request you to: • Immediately enable the prescribed electronic payment facilities
• Ensure staff at the outlet facilitate digital payments without resistance
• Put in place proper monitoring to avoid recurrence

@TANGEDCO_Offcl It's been more than 14 hours since failure. We have not even been able to receive the estimated time of restore. Poor planning. I guess if there is a power failure estimated time of restoration should be sent via sms to consumers as per tangedco policy. This has not been followed
@TANGEDCO_Offcl You never treat rural areas on par with cities. There has been a power cut since yesterday evening and it still hasn’t been restored. There is no proper response from the EB office.
I have a commercial connection in the city, and if there is a power failure, it receives immediate attention. In today’s world, treating rural areas and cities differently is unfair. Everyone deserves equal treatment.

Train No.: 06835 KIK-TJ SPL. The train had actually reached its destination by 21:30. In NTES, it is updated as the train has reached its destination by 21:07. I have noticed the same many times.
