@Codie_Sanchez Is it because the owners do not build the company with the end in mind?
They don't prepare it to operate without them.
I remember reading an excellent book on this topic:
"Built to sell" by John Warrillow.
People stay in their comfort zone for a reason.
• Exploring the unknown carries inherent risks and uncertainties.
• Growth requires stepping out of comfort zones, and demands courage.
• Stagnation is the cost of avoiding challenges.
Is coaching/personal development worth it? I am where I am because I spent 13+ years w/ my business coach, Keir. To which I spent over $250k. I worked w/ a therapist, hired a teaching coach, studied others who knew things I didn't, read books, interviewed experts. You decide.
