@RampCapitalLLC Whoop seems to track sleep, stress, and recovery the best out of those I have used. I would say it depends on your specific needs, tasks and goals. The Whoops sleep and recovery tracking is impressive.
Just some unsolicited advice. If one thing doesn't work, like swaddling or whatever it may be. That doesn't mean it doesn't work, just maybe not for now. Don't hesitate to try it again later. Welcome to the wild world of parenthood. Sleep when you can and accept the help you have available.

@thuhkang RIP to the great James Earl Jones. I am typically against the whole A.I. use of actors after their passing as it takes away opportunities from those still with us. However, for Jones, I might feel a bit differently for voice work.
