Sales to new listings ratio came in at 39%... still firmly in buyer’s market territory and suggesting there could be further price softness ahead.
This is actually the strongest reading we’ve seen since 2024 and another step in the right direction.
Once this ratio pushes into the low-40% range (roughly 42–43%), the market should start turning the other way
Happens slow but fast
First thing they do to someone who joins the military is break their soul down through immense pain and suffering. They kill the boy inside multiple times via ego disruption, deconditioning, stress inoculation etc. Thats when the real training can begin.

The GTA real estate market is moving in the right direction though there's still some ground to make up
Sales are up from last year while active and new listings are dropping sharply. The market is clearly tightening.
Some buyers are probably already noticing more competition in some neighbourhoods and property types
If this supply/demand trend continues, it should help stabilize declining pricing and could potentially lead to upward pressure on prices in the months ahead

Ladies and gentlemen, we are now witnessing, in real time, a potential regime change.
Sales up in March while active & new listings continue to shrink - we've now seen supply tighten 4 out of the 5 past months.
Prices still sliding year over year but month over month they're flat and if things continue like this, we'll likely see prices levelling off yoy in the coming months
