@urbancompany_UC terrible experience with washroom cleaning services, bath fittings polish damaged...your liquid slowly damages the bath fittings in 30days and not 3 days for which you give warranty....smart play! Not going to endorse UC to anyone for life
@Pepperfry@PepperfryC what pathetic customer service...order a product on 12th March, and deliver date passed 2 weeks ago...raised complaint...given another delivery date and that too passed now...and then the tantrums in refunding money...wow!

@HDFCLIFE Let's make some sense of your responses. I purchased term insurance on 30.11, shared all details in application and paid premium. Every info was correct according to me, even if a mobile number had typo, all other contact info like email, address, name was correct too

@HDFCLIFE God forbid what you guys are going to do at the time of the claim. I've said it earlier, it's my hard earned money and I'll not pay anything additional without any rationale or value in return of it...premium increase makes no sense. So, better refund my money. Period.
@HDFCLIFE then how does a change in mobile number can change my premium? You're still not able to explain and just writing it simply won't help...what's the logic behind it? Explain..your responses in point no. 3,5,6,7 are contradictory. If already there are so many issues
