@getscapia is the worst customer service ever! I lost my credit card, paid the due charges and got a replacement.

The replacement card could never be used, as its not readable at any POS.

On complaining, they say the new card is probably damaged & pay more for another new card!

A perfectly running @Mahindra_Auto car, @MahindraXUV500 having a zero dep insurance with @ICICILombard meets with an accident.
NBS (a subsidiary of @MahindraRise ) gives a list of things that are needed to start the car and the insurance denies the claim stating its not related!

Either the diagnosis of the car by @MahindraRise subsidiary is not correct or the claim denied by @ICICILombard to get my car running which was seized and had to be towed (using RSA of my insurance) is wrong. Either case, a consumer suffers @cpgrams @jagograhakjago

@gomechanicindia is such a chindi-chor company. Their agents tell lies that the service station is close by and the exact location would be shared after payment of adjustable booking token amount.

Turns out the service station was far & when told to cancel & refund, they ignore!

Such pathetic service from @Zoho @ZohoBooks their bank feeds with @AxisBank is not functioning since almost 2 months and they simply blame it on a third party vendor and not interested in doing anything. Worst service from a brand supposed to be premium.
