Date Extend तो होनी ही है - आज Date Extension का दिन है अगर सरकार को Date Extend नहीं करनी है तो सीधे - सीधे उसके कारण बताए कि क्यों नहीं करनी है । आपने Non Audit ITR की Date 45 दिन Extend की थी तभी TAR Extension का Logic और Reason भी उत्पन्न हो गए थे । पोर्टल की खराबी , धीमी गति तो कारण है ही और वे तो आज भी मौजूद है । आज कृपया आप इस मसले का संज्ञान लेते हुए कोई समुचित फैसला लें और इस संबंध में professionals और Taxpayers की चिंता और आतुरता समाप्त करने का कष्ट एवम श्रम करें ।

🚨Income Tax Portal Ground Reality Check-14th Sep🚨

Second day in a row, the Portal was completely dead during the day. From Login, AIS/TIS, 26AS, Tax payment, Return Submission to Verification – every functionality faced severe technical difficulties!!

👉 Tax Professionals wasted the entire day in frustration, only to wait till night to somehow file returns, only to see the portal going into a 2-hour maintenance break.

Yet, the official claim is that the portal is performing “perfectly.” But what about the voices of thousands of professionals with screenshots of tech errors?

The huge number of returns being claimed is not a result of strong infrastructure but the day & night efforts of professionals ensuring taxpayers don’t get penalised. Imagine senior or unwell professionals forced to go through this pain just because the system doesn’t support.

This year the biggest pain point was the delayed issue of Utilities. When Utilities themselves were not released on time, at least a strong and reliable infra should have been ensured. With such a half dead infra, the least expected was a due date extension – to let professionals file returns peacefully as per the limited capacity of Portal and save taxpayers from unnecessary late fees.

⏳ Request to Extend the due date now – not as a favor, but as a necessity!!!

डॉक्टर( थोड़ा गुस्से में)😠- आपको लिख कर रखना चाहिए था
मरीज़- मैंने दाल चावल खाये थे उस दिन
डॉक्टर- वैरी गुड 😊?... चावल कि क़िस्म क्या थी .. बासमती की टुकड़ी .. दुबार.. तीबार.. या और कोई और ??

We strongly condemn the unjust arrest of innocent Chartered Accountants of Agra it is alarming to see professionals who uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics being targeted without proper investigation or evidence. Chartered Accountants play a critical role in the financial ecosystem of our nation, and any action against them without due cause not only tarnishes their reputation but also disrupts the trust that businesses and individuals place in them.

We demand a thorough and impartial inquiry into the matter ,release of both CAs and action on police officer.
