RAP Players past and present from Montrose academy took part in a sponsored 5km to help raise funds for buses to fixtures . They all completed 10 laps of Union park in their own time running , walking and biking . @CarolineRugby @SarahHogwood @cabanilla_pol @montrose_acad

💥 During the summer 22 junior players boys & girls came to the club twice a week for six weeks to take part in our preseason strength and conditioning .
