@kissphoria I have ADHD and can forget from time to time that I let something soak for a few hours. To avoid this, whenever there’s hard stuff stuck to my pan, I fill it with water to cover the affected parts and bring it to a boil. It’ll come off very easily and I can eat while it boils.
