We have a government/President who is using STATE security to punish regions who refuse to remain outside the bounds of the legitimate constitution of 2012 - a constitution he was sworn to uphold.

Reminder - HSM is on record to committing political violence in Raskambooni so he can remain in power indefinitely.

Same playbook. Not fighting AS or IS.

The idea that ONE man becomes the law and uses hard gained state powers to force his will is why Somalia’s gov collapsed.

We, the Somali people acknowledge the important role EU plays in the development of Somalia’s state institutions.

The Somali people do not want to see this support turned into state capture.
